Terms & Conditions - Future Tech Olympiad 2.0

• The Future Tech Olympiad is free to enter (no purchase required, unless otherwise stated).
• To be eligible to enter the Olympiad:
  • Entrants must be a real person and studying in class 9th to 12th, (proof of age may be required)
  • Entrants must not be our employee, officer or agent, or employee, officer or agent of any person or organisation involved in the running of the Future Tech Olympiad, and their relatives up to the second degree.
• By Registering to Future Tech Olympiad, you consent to comply with the standards and approach nitty gritty underneath.
• By enrolling, you permit us to send limited-time messages and SMS, on your enrolled email ID and enlisted portable number.
• Any entries received before the opening (As per mentioned in the brochure and on website) or after the closing of the competition registration (As per mentioned in the brochure) will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or admitted.
• Future Tech Olympiad reserves no responsibility for any lost or delayed registrations or which are not received for any reason.
• Utilization of the Content on our site/application is administered by the terms referenced beneath. This incorporates any Digital Content or some other items and administrations ready to move on our site/application (aggregately called the "Content") which is the protected work of us.
• No Content from this site might be replicated, republished, duplicated, transferred, posted, communicated, or dispersed in any capacity other.
• Future Tech Olympiad will not provide Study Material in Soft or hard Copy.
• Resources to support students may be provided from 1M1B partners free of charge.
• Online/offline test/exam rules are very strict and are an important part. Therefore, it must be considered with priority and no negligence of rules will be tolerated.
• During the test/exam, if any malpractice is observed/reported the student will be disqualified. No questions related to this are entertaining.
• Students cannot open any other tab while attempting an exam. If found/reported/observed, the student test/exam is terminated. No questions related to this are entertained.
• Student Login is for SINGLE USE only. If multiple logins are observed with the same ID & Password observed on different devices at the time of the test/exam, the Student will be disqualified for the particular test/exam.
• Online/offline test/exam rules are very strict and are an important part. Therefore, it must be considered with priority and no negligence of rules will be tolerated.
• If the student fails to attend the Future Tech Olympiad Exam for any reason a second chance will not be provided and the postponement of the same will not be done. The student is solely responsible to attend the Exam and Test series as per the schedule announced.
• If there is any threatening/illogical argument regarding the Exams, Pattern, Study Materials, Delivery, Results, and/or Awards, even after primarily agreeing to all the conditions & replied with specific resolutions to the queries, then the Subscription & Scholarship of the said participant will be terminated & results will be discarded.
• The decision taken by the Management of Future Tech Olympiad will be final and will be abiding by all related to the same.
• If people browsing the website/registering with Future Tech Olympiad, do not agree to the Policies along with the Terms & Conditions laid by the Future Tech Olympiad, then you are requested to not use/ register with Future Tech Olympiad.
• Judging and scoring decisions are final and indisputable in all rounds of the Future tech Olympiad.
• Changes in the Policies along with Terms & Conditions can be done in the terms and conditions at any time and without notification; users are bound by such amendments and should accordingly visit this page regularly to review the current terms and conditions.
• Everything, including the venue, format, time, rewards, prizes, and other aspects of all stages of the competition may be subject to change without notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• We (Future Tech Olympiad) reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.
• If you are located in India and have been referred to the Olympiad through a third party promoter, we may share your personal data with this third party promoter for them to be able to track their promotional performance.
• Organizing and Conducting the Offline/Online screening tests fairly, examining the OMRs of the students, and sharing with us a spreadsheet will be sole the responsibility of the organized or conducted by partners, schools, communities, or other third parties who collaborate with us, need to take screening test atter most priority and fair evaluation.
• The top students selected from Round 1, Screening Round to move forward will be based on the names submitted by the coordinating teacher of the school. The Olympiad and its partners hold no accountability for the names of selected students shared by the school.
• Events organized or conducted by partners, schools, communities, or other third parties who collaborate with us should take place in a fair way, meaning that they should strictly follow all standardized guidelines provided by us to organizers. If you suspect a qualifier wasn't held appropriately, please let us know at rahul@onemoneb.org
• All winners of the Future Tech Olympiad will be notified via phone call and/or email and/or notification on the Website and/or social handles of BPE, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Future Tech Olympiad’s decision will be final & binding upon all, and no correspondence thereafter will be entered into.
• By entering the Olympiad, the winner and their Parents/Legal Guardian agree to participate in any promotional activity and material as Future Tech Olympiad may require." Ownership of Final Submission & Grant of Rights” to understand more.
